		<description>Freddie - I saw your post and thought to comment regarding Roost. The platform today is available to any broker in any market. Large or small, it doesnt matter. The broker plays a cost per Click from their IDX site on Roost delivering that traffic back to their corporate website where they convert that traffic into a lead. I'd be happy to tell you more about the platform if it is of interest to you. I run Business Development for the company.</description>
