A Realtor’s Toolbelt
Read Trevor Smith’s article yesterday about a new property listing service called Roost. Trevor’s article got me thinking about the items in my Prudential, Fox and Roach toolbelt. The things I use to help buyers and sellers.
Here is a list of a few that came to mind off the top of my head:
- Home Pilot (allows visitors to search for homes and save their searches etc.)
- Trident Group (One-stop service to take care of all your home buying needs)
- Major Website Listing (houses listed show up high on many major websites, including Yahoo, Wall Street Journal, etc)
- HSA Warranty Service (home warranty protection for the seller and the buyer)
While those are the some of the things available through my company, on my website visitors have access to free information that deal with the many facets of buying and selling houses.
- Resource Center (holds free calculators and access to free pamphlets)
- Featured Homes Center
- Multiple Listing Service Home Search Center
- Specific Information for real estate:
- Buyer
- Seller
- Investor
- FSBO
- Pre-listing (packet for sellers)
- Vendor Center (contact information for people offering services used in a real estate tranaction)
- ComplimentaryRight Price Analysis (helps sellers with property pricing)
Making the real estate process as easy and stress-free as possible for my buyers and sellers is my number one goal and I have many tools to assist me.
Freddie - I saw your post and thought to comment regarding Roost. The platform today is available to any broker in any market. Large or small, it doesnt matter. The broker plays a cost per Click from their IDX site on Roost delivering that traffic back to their corporate website where they convert that traffic into a lead. I’d be happy to tell you more about the platform if it is of interest to you. I run Business Development for the company.
